It is an old stone Istrian house, which the owners whole renovated in,it is on three floors, ground floor, first floor ,second floor ,and attic.On each floor there is internet connection,cable TV-connection!The house is attached to the neighboring, but well insulated, with stone walls of 60 cm,
- GROUND FLOOR--small entrance hall / on the right stairs to the first floor / on the left, the living room, and very pretty and a functional built-in kitchen .
-FIRST FLOOR-13 stairs-to the corridor of the first floor,where is guest toilet ,then a large room, with a large bathroom, separate by sliding doors.
-SECOND FLOOR-There are two children's rooms .
-ATTIC- where is situated one room, with sloping ceilings and large open outdoor terrace, with a beautiful view of Adriatic Sea.
You can park outside the door, two and three cars if need be, because it is a public area, and is allowed !
The house is on the sunny side, and the walls retain warmth,so, during the winter You warm up with a small blower, or an electrical heater. The house is semi-furnished,built-in kitchen, built-in closets...
